This means that by completing this Level 5 Diploma and receiving tailored mentoring, you’ll be in a strong position to progress toward BACP accreditation and confidently evidence your Column B competencies. Most Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP's) require BACP accreditation for their counsellors.

The course is intentionally aligned with the SCoPEd framework, ensuring you can evidence the competencies required at Column B. This is a key step for many counsellors seeking accreditation and wider professional recognition.
