CPCAB Level 4
Diploma in Coaching
New Course
The Diploma in Coaching is our own tailor-made course, which has been approved by CPCAB and given the code DC-L4. It replaces the Level 4 Diploma in Life Coaching (LC-L4). This new Level 4 qualification is delivered entirely online.
Nationally recognised
This Level 4 Diploma leads to a nationally recognised coaching qualification. As a result, it provides a clear pathway into professional coaching or the integration of coaching skills into your current role.
The course is designed for people working in helping professions, or those planning to move into them. In particular, it supports practitioners who take a humanistic and integrative approach.
You’ll develop the skills needed to become an independent coach while remaining grounded in Rogerian core professional values. This means working in a way that prioritises authenticity, strong relationships, and respect for each client’s own capacity for growth.
Rather than positioning the coach as the expert, the course encourages you to recognise and support the client’s internal resources and potential for change.
Who is it aimed at?
This course is aimed at those who have achieved a Level 2 and Level 3 qualification in a helping discipline, or equivalent. If you want to become an independent coach, or alternatively integrate coaching skills and knowledge into your existing helping practice, this programme provides a clear and supportive pathway.
Once you complete the course, you can establish yourself as an independent coach. Additionally you can strengthen your current professional role by incorporating coaching approaches into your practice.
